I booked Pura through the Bach app and accidentally booked for the wrong day. I tried to fix this mistake with the Bach company and they were NO help, but when I got in contact with Reese, she was so willing to help and make sure we had the right day and had everything we needed. This service is absolutely NEEDED on any sort of girls trip or bachelorette trip!! We absolutely will be booking again for our next girls trip or bachelorette!! Book it ASAP!!!
